Summer Treatments

TREATMENT SELECTION
If you need help choosing a ritual, we recommend that you contact the Casas Novas Spa reception directly. Our spa will also be able to offer you treatment programs specially adapted to your needs.

MARKING TREATMENTS
Treatments must be booked in advance, at the Spa reception, by phone or email.

MEDICAL CONDITION
If you suffer from any type of illness, are taking medication or are pregnant, inform the Spa staff immediately. Some treatments may not be recommended.

MINIMUM AGE
Children under 16 years old cannot use the Spa, unless accompanied by their parents.

IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME?
We suggest you check in 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

PUNCTUALITY AND NO-SHOW
Check-in must be done 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment, late arrival will limit your experience. In case of no-show, the entire treatment will be charged.

USE OF CELL PHONES
We ask that you turn off your mobile phone at the entrance to the Spa. It is strictly forbidden to make phone calls in the treatment area.

SILENCE
Your stay at the Spa is a relaxing experience. Please reduce noise and conversation in the treatment area.

YOUR PERSONAL PREFERENCES
Some aspects of the treatments can be tailored to your preferences: light level, sound, room temperature, or massage pressure level. If you have any questions, don't hesitate, the therapists will be happy to clarify your doubts.

If you think the therapist's service was excellent and you want to leave a bonus, please do so at the Spa reception.
